Is XL your size?
XL fits a body chest of about 40.5 to 42 inches. Measure under the arms; if you land between XL and the next size, go up.
In UK and US sizing XL reads as a 42 inch chest, the same number. In European numbers it is roughly 52.
If you wear a different size in a gym T-shirt brand, trust the chest number here instead.
Measure around the fullest part of the chest, under the arms. Between two sizes, pick the bigger one.
