• Images in mobile/computer and all electronics media glow by back light, while we transfer print to the cloth the out put will vary by 15 to 20% .*

Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective.

We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.

If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at orders contactus@jaypeesportswear.com within 24 hours from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return or exchange. Please provide your order number with all correspondence.

All orders are shipped in 8-15 working days ( Monday-Friday) from our manufacturing unit in Chennai Tamilnadu. All products are made from scratch upon receiving the order which requires 4-5 working days.

We are not responsible for incorrect mobile number or address. Your order will be returned to us if the mobile number and/or the address with pincode are incorrect. In which case, we will attempt to reship your product with an additional fee.

All jerseys should be washed ASAP after wearing to avoid bleeding that may occur when perspiration or dampness is left in the jersey.

Prevent from sitting wet in a washer of water or in the bottom of a washer

Wash each jersey separately. Do not wash a red jersey with a white jersey

• Wash in COLD water only
• Remove from washer immediately
• Do not place in dryer
• Hang to dry on a plastic hanger
• Do not use an iron
