Measure bust and hips
Measure around the fullest part of the bust, under the arms. Then measure around the widest part of the hips. Unisex jerseys are straight through the body, so the bigger of the two decides the size if the jersey is worn untucked.
When to size up
Size up if your hips are 2 inches or more above your bust, if you want a relaxed fit for cricket or corporate polos, or if you are between sizes. Stay at your bust size for volleyball and throwball, where a closer fit keeps the jersey out of the way.
Is a women’s medium the same as a unisex medium?
Usually not. Many women’s medium tops fit a 34 to 36 inch bust, which is our XS or S. Go by the measurement, not the letter.
